Refund policy
Tattoo Appointment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Each tattoo is a personalised service planned for each client. This policy explains how to request, change, or cancel an appointment.
Booking deposit
The deposit depends on the tattoo and the project, with a minimum of €50. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of the tattoo.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment, except in documented medical circumstances. This policy is subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may request a change of date at least two days (48 hours) before your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
A new deposit is required to confirm a rescheduled appointment. The deposit paid for the original appointment will not be refunded or transferred, except in documented medical circumstances and subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Late arrivals and missed appointments
Arrivals more than 30 minutes late cannot be accommodated. The appointment will be considered missed, and the deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment.
If you do not attend your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another time, except in documented medical circumstances and subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Tattoo design changes
Up to five design changes are included. Additional changes may incur a fee, depending on the complexity of the design and the work required. Any additional fee will be communicated before the extra design work begins.
Aftercare, concerns, and touch-ups
Please follow the aftercare instructions provided after your session. If you have questions about your tattoo or its healing, contact us at caldeirart.contato@gmail.com and, if possible, include clear photos so we can assess the issue.
If you believe there is a problem with the service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the next steps. Corrections or touch-ups are subject to assessment and availability.
Right of withdrawal for online bookings in the European Union
If you book a tattoo service online, you may have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to applicable law.
If you ask us to begin providing the service during this period, we will request your express consent. If the service is fully performed during the withdrawal period, you may lose your right to withdraw only where you have given the prior express consent and acknowledgment required by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
